Me: When can we get a cat?

Mrs. Mewie: You’re the only guy I know who loves cats.

Me: So what? I love cats.

Mrs. Mewie: It’s just a phase.

Me: WHAT!? I’ve loved cats my WHOLE life!

Mrs. Mewie: It’s just a phase…
