An Exciting Journey with VMware
I joined in 2011 when we had 9,000 employees. It’s mind-boggling to realize we’re now at ~16,000 employees and our Palo Alto campus has exceeded the size of Disneyland (100+ acres)! CRAZY!

Leading the efforts in mass collaboration and orchestrating people engagement strategies involve countless decision makers, conflicts, misunderstandings, and variables you cannot control.
